This is an on going collection of information I have used myself and share with clients to help maintain a healthy, relaxed body and mind.

Yoga has changed my life; resolving my back and sciatica pain, reducing anxiety and increaseing my overall wellness.  I found the key to great yoga is finding the class & teacher that works for you.  My 79 yr old, diabetic mother, who never worked out in her live, loves chair yoga.

For me, yoga is a great multitasking exercise: there is movement, strength training, breathing and relaxation.  Give it 30 days (2-3 times a week) and you will feel and see a difference.

Posture Issues - before my dream job (massage therapy), I worked behind a computer and developed the curved shoulders from computer work.  I found stretches and excercise that have helped immensely.
